Community Advocates of Greater Philadelphia presents: 2024 - The Year We Can Take Real Action On Climate And Communities In 2024 we can make a real impact on reducing the carbon footprints of our homes, schools, businesses and non-profits as well as improving the livability of our communities. The federal IRA/BIL acts provide significant financial incentives and our team is drilling into the fine print to lean how, when and who can benefit from these programs in the greater Philadelphia area. The 2 hour program will cover these topics:
- Introduction of the Community Advocates of Greater Philadelphia Team and Partners
- Incentives for Individuals - tax credits and rebates and "adders" for low/medium income groups
- Summary of IRA Programs for greater Phila Stakeholders
- Details about the Clean School Bus Program
- Volunteer Opportunities with Community Advocates team
